HououBiden Supreme
Junmai DaiGinjoshu
This is HououBiden’s first premium sake. The theme is “Sake Rice”. Using carefully sorted premium rice out of a selected rice field in the Yashiro-region of Katoh city in the special A-district, which is the center of Yoshida-district, Nishiwaki city in Hyogo prefecture. We hope this premium sake reflects each year’s scenery, the sake rice’s vintage, and the brewers’ expectations. It has a moderate, mellow rich-full body with a serene and clear after taste, mature flavor and gentle acidity. The flavor is complemented by a Muscat-like Ginjo aroma and natural sweetness from the rice which has very delicate flavor.

HououBiden KANBASHI Premium
This is HououBiden’s second premium sake. The theme is “Tochigi” This sake is brewed using “Tomi no Ka” sake rice, brought up with tender care by Mr. Kanbashi Fujita who is a revolutionary expert of organic agriculture. This Kimoto tsukuri Junmai Ginjoshu is filled with Mr. Fujita’s rice fields’ scene in Masuko-cho, Tochigi prefecture, which is full of natural energy and the brewers’ elaboration. The flavor has brilliant and elegant fragrance and also has slight creaminess. Once it is in your mouth you can taste the juicy and slight tart sweetness spread on your tongue. Recommended to drink either room temperature or lukewarm.

HououBiden MIKUMARI
Junmai DaiGinjoshu
This is an exceptional Junmai Daiginjo sake made from 25% polished Yumesasara, a Tochigi sake rice nurtured by the magnificent nature of Nikko and its water, and using the soft and delicate Goshinsui (sacred water) of Nikko for all of its brewing. The gentle mouthfeel as if you are drinking clean water, the lingering aftertaste, and the clean taste will make you feel as if you are standing in the holy land of Nikko.
