HououBiden Ichigo (Strawberry)
We incorporated the mono-cell technique, which uses enzyme power and is able to liquefy fruits without crushing their cell wall, so the liqueur is bottled with fresh strawberries. For that reason, this liqueur gives you not only fragrance and sweetness of “Tochi Otome” from Tochigi prefecture, but also strawberriy’s natural texture and fruitiness. We suggest to enjoy our high-quality and rich extract liqueur in various ways such as straight, on the rocks, and with milk.

We are using carefully picked “Unhu Mikan” 100% mainly from Ehime prefecture and other prefectures like Oita. “Unshu Mikan” has been courteously processed, and we are using the freshly squeezed juice to deliver this prestine mandarin oranges’ deliciousness and pulpiness. In addition to the juice of “Unshu Mikan”, we are using juice sacks more than 10% in the juice. This is a high-quality and original product.
